NYE @ Baily's in Temecula was awesome. 700+ people packed inside and out to celebrate the new year. The dance floor was packed and the people were movin and groovin. Hosted by Dennis Blaze, Jerweezee, and the BBM Gyrls.

BBM Gyrlz Photoshoot

I was lucky enough to have a photo shoot with some of the BBM Gyrlz. I shot with my strobes gel'ed w/ Sangria and Full Blue to get a 'party' feeling. These girls were great to work with, had a blast. Thanks to Mina, Rachel, and Yonique. Also, big thanks to Jerweezee for the help and location

SIN night club in San Diego, Part 2

Yep Yep, here we go again. Night started out a little crazy. My left front tire popped on the freeway so I had to jump out NASCAR style and swap it out with the spare. Luckily, that was the only hickup all night. A great time was had with Dennis Blaze, Heat Conductors, DJ Rue, and the BBM Girls.

SIN night club in San Diego

Wow! What a night! Tino and I went down to San Diego to shoot for Dennis Blaze and we had a blast! The place was full of energy and all of the clubbers and SIN staff were super nice. I used my 10-20mm sigma lens all night and I got some awesome shots. Check em out!

Sexy Saturday's @ Baily's in Temecula w/ Dennis Blaze & Jerweezee of Heat Conductors. Travis and I had a blast again. This time around I shot with Travis' Sigma 10-20mm and he shot with his Canon 28-135mm. This time was a bit more challenging because there was more people on the dance floor so moving around was tough.

Here are a few more shots from the club. I shot wide angle the whole night and most of the shots turned out good. Most of the time i try to avoid blur in photos but this time i actually wanted a little blur. it makes the photos come 'alive' because it adds motion to the still image. That place was packed that night and we had an awesome time shooting!

They were in the process of recording their first album and needed some cover art and other pictures for their website. Other than the fact there was no a/c in the studio it went really well. So my buddy Andy got some tickets to off-raod racing at the Perris Auto Speedway and since I haven't done any automotive shots this year I jumped at the opportunity. They had a stunting show outside the venue and so I stuck around and took some shots.

One thing i love about taking pictures of kids is the facial expressions you can capture. Often the silly faces make the best portraits. However, you can also capture such emotion in the gaze of a child not found in most adults.
